Dr. Chris C. Pinney is a graduate of the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and has over 25 years of experience as a small animal clinician and surgeon.

He's the author of nine books pertaining to pet health care and has appeared on a variety of radio talk shows and television programs, including his own Eye On Pets Newsmagazine and Animal Planet.

When not caring for or writing about pets, Dr. Pinney spends his time with his family and enjoying hobbies that include fiction writing, coaching, jogging, and history travel.
